HCSA respects and defends the privacy of website users.
We do not hold or use any personal information about members of the public using this site. We do hold and analyse logs about site use for statistical and technical troubleshooting purposes.
We store personal information about members. This is used to enable you to access and interact with the website and to e-mail you in the event that you misplace or forget your password. It is also used to identify messages or requests for assistance that you post to the website.
Messages posted on the 'Forum' area of this site can be read by all other HCSA members together with HCSA administrative staff and their trusted suppliers. Messages posted in the 'ask hcsa' area, together with replies to them, are visible only to senior administrative staff and yourself.
