HCSA members in the North West, North East, West Midlands, Northern Ireland & Scotland regions interested in receiving accredited negotiator status are invited to sign up to the next Workplace Negotiator Training Day on Wednesday 4th March 2020.
Attendees to this free one-day course will receive full accreditation from HCSA as Workplace Negotiators. Places are limited so booking is essential.
Expenses for car/standard class rail travel will be reimbursed by the association.
When and where is it happening?
The training day takes place from 10am until 4.30pm on 4th March 2020 at The Mechanics Institute, near to Piccadilly in central Manchester. The Mechanics Institute is where the TUC was founded 150 years ago.
Who is it for?
This course is for you if one or more of the below applies:
- You are a member of your local LNC or local JCNC or similar
- You aspire to get more involved in representing hospital doctors within your organisation
- You have already attended the HCSA Hospital Reps training course
What will I learn?
Attendees on this course will gain a greater understanding of the current national picture, the LNC and JLNC structure, and the relationship between the two. They will also learn about the way HCSA supports and builds the capacity of members working within local negotiating structures. Attendees will end the day as fully accredited local negotiators.
